• Day 2 Beijing

   Today you are guided to visit the grand Tiananmen Squareworlds biggest city square, the Forbidden City, Hall of clocks and watches in the Forbidden City , and the Summer Palace.
  - The Tian'anmen Square: It is the largest city square in the world , representing symbol of China's national pride, surrounded by many grand buildings including the Heavenly Gate (entry to the Forbidden City), Museums, government buildings and Chairman Mao's Mausoleum.
  - Summer Palace : The Summer Palace landscape, dominated by Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, covers an area of 2.9 square kilometers, three quarters of which is water surface. Its 70,000 square meters of building space features a variety of palaces, garden and other ancient-style architectural structures. Well known for its large and priceless collection of cultural artifacts, it was among the first group of historical and cultural heritage sites in China to be placed under special state protection.
  - The Forbidden City Built from 1406-1420 during the Ming Dynasty, the Imperial Palace, popularly known as the Forbidden City, was the permanent residence of the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1911). It covers over 720,000 square meters of floor space, with more than 8,700 rooms, surrounded by city wall as high as ten meters and a city moat as wide as 52 meters.

• Day 3 Beijing

•  oday tou will have the opportunity to visit the Mutianyun Great Wall . - - Great Wall, Mutianyu: This section of Great Wall is less crowded. You may take cable car to a good section where you may walk along the wall. Then you may have a sight of the surroundings.Wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather.
  - Roasted Duck at Xiushuidian: Enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck as dinner. It is the most famous food in Beijing.

• Day 4 Beijing  Xian

• 
       
   Huntong tour by rickshaw. Then continue to Temple of Heaven. After lunch take the flight to Xian. Upon arrival, meet the guide at the airport and then transfer to check in the hotel.
  - Hutong Tours in Rickshaw: Hutong, a kind of alleyways featured in Beijing. Take a rickshaw tour around the Hutong. Your can a visit with a local family and have a close view of Bejing peoples daily life.
  - Temple of Heaven: At the Temple of Heaven Emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1911) worshiped Heaven and prayed for good harvests. A masterpiece of the Ming and Qing architectural art and a precious example of China's ancient architecture, the Temple of Heaven is the largest architectural group for worshipping Heaven in the world. In 1961, it was listed by the State Council as a key monument under state protection." In 1998, it was recognized by UNESCO as a human heritage of the world."

• Day 5 Xian

   Today you are arranged to visit the Grand Mosque, Xian City Wall, Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses(include golf carts)
  
  The Grand Mosque: one of the four most famous mosques in china. It is famous not only for its long history, some 1200 years, but also its particular design of mixed architecturecombibation of traditional Muslim and Chinese styles
  - Xian City Wall: Built in the Ming dynasty about 700 years ago, the wall measures around 13.9 km in circumference, 12 meters in height, 18 meters wide at its base while 15 meters wide on the top.
  - Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses(including golf carts): The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. Work is ongoing at this site, which is around 1.5 kilometers east of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum, Lintong County, Shaanxi province. It is a sight not to be missed by any visitor to China.

• Day 6 Xian

  Today's highlights: Shaanxi Historical Museum, Xi'an Stele Forest Museum, Gao's Courtyard(includes Shadow Play)
  -Shaanxi Historical Museum: situated at the western side of the "Wild Goose Pagoda" in Xian City , Shaanxi Historical Museum is a state class museum, covering an area of 70,000 square meters. 55,000 odd square meters. It is opened to the publc in 1991.
  - Xi'an Stele Forest Museum : This treasure house has a collection of 3000 stone steles, traced back from Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. Those steles shows the elegance of Chinese calligraphy and pantings. It reflects the development of Chinese culture and historical facts of the cultual exchange between China and foreign countries.
  - Gao's Courtyard(includes Shadow Play): Gao Yuesong, the owner of this courtyard, was a high ranking official in Ming Dynasty. It was awarded as a Cultural Heritage Protection in Asian-pacific Area of UNESCO in 2002. You will enjoy a shadow play performed by folk artists.

• Day 7 Xian  Chongqing

   Take the flight to Chongqinga. Upon arrival, pay a visit to Ciqikou Ola town and the Chongqing Zoo. Aboard the cruise at 10:00pm. Overnight stay on the cruise ship.
  - Ciqikou Old Town: A old street with hundreds of years history. Walking on this street you may see houses of old wood , old shops and pier and local street performance.
  - Chongqing Zoo: Visit the Panda Room in this zoo. You may have a close sightseeing of the lovely pandas. Also you this zoo you may have the chance to see the lesser pandas South China Tigers, Gloden Hair Monkeys and some other national protected animals.

• Day 8 Yangtze Cruise

   Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City (8:00-10:00am).
  
  --Fengdu Ghost City: According to Chinese legend , Fengdu is the place where the devils live. People say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu . Walking in Fengdu, you may see deserted streets with empty shops and banks, which will make you feel eerie.

   Shore excursion to Shennong Stream(1:30pm-5:30pm).
  
  --Shennong Stream?The 60-kilometer flows north to south through deep gorges and finally merges with the Yangtze at the mouth of the Wu Gorge. The Shennong Stream is indeed a very attractive scenic spot? with its crystal unpolluted water and the beautiful sights along it.

   Visit the Three Gorges Dam and then disembark at Yichang at 1:00 pm. Then continue to tranfer to the airport to take the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, transfer to check in the hotel.

    Pay a visit to Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Market, Yuyuan Garden, and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
  
  - Jade Buddha Temple: a venerable and famous Buddhist temple, Jade Buddha Temple was firstly built to keep two jade Buddha statues brought from Burma by monk Huigen.
  - Yu Market: Specializing in traditional arts and crafts, Yu Market looks like a temple, viewing outside . The architactures there are in traditionsl Chinese style.
  
  - Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with a height of 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia (up to the last floor to see Shanghai scenery).It is a new landmark of Shanghai in 21st century.
  - Yuyuan Garden: Yu Garden is one of the most famous gardens in China and is national heritage listed. It was built in 1559 and extended in 1577. Each section of the garden is separated by curved white walls crowned with the head and body of a dragon. It's named after the original owner.
